This morning I shot some images of Jacob and Cole, the two adorable boys of Shawna and Paul. Shawna's parents, Bob and Joanne are great friends of my parents, and we've known each other for about three years. It has been so exciting to see their family grow! First Jacob came along and he is just the cutest thing you have EVER seen, and then in November (I think?) came Cole! We visited Shawna at the hospital the day afterwards and he's always been a good looking baby. Enjoy the photos of your beautiful boys Paul and Shawna, and you too, Jacob and Cole. :)

Aren't they so sweet together?

This is absolutely lovely! I woke up to find that very creative sign (none of my family are drawers!) in my bathroom. It's been snowing for the last 48 hours almost straight, and we have about a foot here on the ground now. That's pretty rare for Vancouver, BC: usually we get about three or four snowfalls a year about three inches each time. I was shocked that there was no school in session. We're in the middle of exam week, and I was prepared to write two Grade 12 Provincial Exams (province-wide exams that are schedule at the exact same day and time all across BC). Last week they were warning us, there is NO WAY school exams will be cancelled. Everything will be running as schedule. Unless there is eight feet of snow, come to school! My brother had an exam yesterday, and everybody was expected to show up in eight inches of snow, and they did. Today, I guess parents were a little miffed at the driving, so school was cancelled. I'm curious as to how they are going to re-schedule exams, as half the province will be writing today, and the other half will be writing at a later date. Hm!

[Me] Hey Mom - Which one of these drawings is supposed to be me?
[Mom] The one with the hair is Brandon.
[Me] Of course. Because I'm bald? Or it's in a ponytail?
[Mom] Sure, that'll work. Yes, or it's in a ponytail.



I love how my images look with my new logo. Isn't my dog adorabbbble? Oh, she is so cute. She acts like a spastic monkey when she sees the snow. We hadn't even been outside at all, when I was sitting at my computer working, looking at the beautiful snow thinking, that'll leave before we know it and I'll miss it! :)

I've been wanting to make a few revisions to my logo for the longest time. After about ten different fonts and arrangements, here's the final tweak. 2008 s going to be my first full year in business and I'm so excited. I feel like a new logo is a great way to start the year off strong. :) Let me know your thoughts!
