Rosewood Hotel Georgia Wedding

Susan and Alfred’s wedding was a long time coming. I’ve had lots of past clients who have been together for 8, 9, 10 even 12 years before tying the knot… but Susan and Alfred have been together for 18 years. They met in high school while living in Vancouver and started dating then. However, Susan went onto study at University in Hong Kong in 200 and their relationship became a long distance one. They stayed strong through the distance between Vancouver and Hong Kong until eventually in 2008, Alfred moved his business to Macau. After eight years of long distance, together in the same place at last. Alfred asked Susan to be his wife and when she said “yes” they decided to return to Vancouver where their love began to get married. Their ceremony was held at the Van Dusen Botanical Garden and their reception at the beautiful Rosewood Hotel Georgia.

Susan planned an amazing wedding day to celebrate her and Alfred’s love and to celebrate their 75 guests. She had two pairs of fabulous shoes (Jimmy Choos!), Chanel perfume, a Vera Wang dress, a Monique Lhuillier bridesmaid dress, personalized tote bags as favours for all of their guests, individual jars of jam, some stunning florals and more.
