I have a special session to share with you… and this post is so long overdue! Last June, my husband Randy and I traveled to Winnipeg (for the first time ever!) to visit our friends Michelle and Mark and their son, Jackson. Michelle, Mark and Randy grew up on Vancouver Island together in their teenage years… and for the last few years Mark and Michelle have been living in Winnipeg for work. Obviously, distance hasn’t allowed us to see them as much as we would like – so a long weekend in Winnipeg seemed like the perfect opportunity.

While we were there, we had the best time hanging out, lazy days at their house, a trip to the summer fair, walking around downtown Winnipeg and hanging out with Michelle and Mark’s adorable little Jackson. At the time, Michelle was expecting twin girls and I knew we wanted to fit in a family session/maternity session! This is why posting these photos now make me laugh… I think the twins are almost 8-9 months old! :) Anyway, I still think they are cute photos and wanted to share. Enjoy!
