Michelle fidgeted nervously as she stood in the floor-to-ceiling-blue-tiled room at Hycroft Manor. She rubbed her hands together and smiled, “I’m so nervous! I just want to see Mitch already! Hurry up!” Their wedding day had arrived, and it was an early one! Michelle and her bridesmaids arrived at the University Women’s Club completely ready to go at 9AM. Impressive. Before Michelle could see Mitch, he had to get past Michelle’s three bridesmaids. Absolutely hilarious tradition. They played three different games and you can see some more photos in the slideshow. I was laughing so hard!
It was a tiny bit of a turned around day, with getting ready photos actually shot in the middle of the day: before going into the reception Michelle changed her hair and makeup. Michelle is my kind of girl: I mean, look at those red shoes. And she wore four dresses. FOUR! I love that! A white gown, a traditional Korean dress to honour Mitch’s family, a Chinese dress for her own, and finally an evening gown that she danced the night away in. Michelle and Mitch, thank you two for being so incredibly patient with these photos: you are adorable and I wish you all the best!
Their “First Look” in the room Michelle was waiting after Mitch got past the bridemaids. ;)
Hycroft Manor is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever been to. Incredble.
I’m in loooove with this shot one of my second shooters, Sean Norman, caught.
Michelle was SO happy coming down the aisle with her brother.
Favourite.
New make-up application for the evening. Loved the drama with her hair down!

Stunning! I adore those red shoes.
I really like the urban photo – kiss on the cheek with the foot up in the air. A lot of sass and nice contrast.
