I feel so fortunate that my business takes me all over North America. It really is the greatest feeling to be hired for weddings outside of Vancouver. I also love traveling for workshops and conferences and of course, I travel all the time for vacation too! Last year I calculated that I was in the United States almost 2.5 months out of the 12! Insane! I haven’t been on a plane for the past eight weeks and it simply is amazing. I’m not even sure if there WAS an eight week span in all of 2009 that I was not a plane. Being home is a great feeling… especially if, like me, you live in beautiful British Columbia. ;) I love my city.

I have another three weeks or so before I start my 2010 traveling and break the weeks-without-flying streak. I’m traveling a lot of fun places this year and I wanted to blog about them to see if anybody nearby was interested in a portrait session. I’m planning on linking back to this post a lot and updating it if I know I’m traveling somewhere new!
