I'm a wedding and portrait photographer living in Vancouver, BC with my husband Randy. I photographed my first wedding when I was only 17 years old - and I've photographed over 200 weddings since! I am an avid bookworm, lover of green tea, pretty nail polish & my Labradoodle Harley. Thanks for visiting!

Our Love Story
I have been oh-so excited to share Emma and Aaron’s wedding day since, well, the day after January 5th, 2013. Following the celebration, WedLuxe magazine picked up the story – all thanks to Emma’s marvellous vision and Corinne Colledge of Filosophi Events meticulous planning. We’ve all been waiting patiently for the new WedLuxe issue to be released on stands and then subsequently waiting for the story to be published by WedLuxe online. Now, everything is live and I’m free to share the story with you, my blog readers.
It’s that time of year… my limited number of Fall family portrait sessions are happening! And this family of cuties are on the blog once again. I’ve written about them so many times I don’t have much else to say… except I like these people. Love baby Jude. Who isn’t gonna be the baby after another four weeks – when his baby brother is born. The two boys will be 13.5 months apart. Kelsey looks amazing. I’m excited to meet him!
Helen and Sam became husband and wife during a morning ceremony in glorious September weather at Brock House Restaurant. The very night before their wedding day, Helen and I were on the phone making a serious plan B. The forecast was called for thunder from 11am to 7pm (so rare around these West Coast parts!) and of course, rain. However, September 21st started with clouds and only sun followed. A miracle. If I could photograph in weather like this (chilly in the shade, perfect in the sun) and light like this every weekend, I’d be a happy woman.
A few weeks ago I photographed some promotional images for RIA Contracting. RIA is my boyfriend Randy’s company – and I’m so proud of the work he and his crew does. They are skilled in commercial and residential building, interior and exterior renovations, project management, carpentry, framing, decking, fencing & finishing. RIA is based in Langley, BC (but working all throughout Greater Vancouver) and stands for Resources in Action. I love the vision behind their company.
