I'm a wedding and portrait photographer living in Vancouver, BC with my husband Randy. I photographed my first wedding when I was only 17 years old - and I've photographed over 200 weddings since! I am an avid bookworm, lover of green tea, pretty nail polish & my Labradoodle Harley. Thanks for visiting!

Our Love Story

I loved spending time with Randy. And spend time together we did, rarely missing a day… I was thankful for how Randy adjusted his work schedule as often as possible to suit mine. If I was shooting a wedding on a Saturday, he’d also work a full day to free up time during the week. He’d take a half hour work-break and spend it driving ten minutes to my home – just for ten minutes side by side on our front step, holding hands.
Kristen and Connor have one of the sweetest and most unique love stories! They met through Crossfit in Vancouver, where they both used to work out regularly – Connor sat down beside Kristen one day to stretch after their workouts and introduced himself. A few weeks later, Kristen asked another gym friend about Connor… and was disappointed to find out he was in a relationship. The two continued to see each other occasionally at the gym and months and months later, Kristen heard Connor was newly single.
Kerrie and Ryan met a few years ago, at the restaurant she worked at. Ryan was a regular customer and upon first sight, he walked over to Kerrie and exclaimed to her, “You’re stunning!” The flirty exchange grew into a beautiful relationship and a couple years later, Ryan proposed to Kerrie on a vacation in San Diego. For the next two years, Kerrie planned her and Ryan’s dream wedding at the Market Restaurant in the Shangri La Hotel in Vancouver.
This week, summer decided to return to Vancouver after a month hiatus! (But as I type this it’s cloudy outside… coastal weather, make up your mind!) Wednesday evening was a hot one for my portrait session with Lance, Shara and their 4 beautiful kids. Shara was saying the weather totally took her by surprise (she planned to wear a leather jacket) and needed to alter outfit plans for everyone in the 30 degree heat! Hah!
