Our Love Story
Carman and Tommy met for the first time in December of 2013 through a mutual friend of theirs, over bubble tea with friends. A few months later, the pair connected on Facebook and Carman began to notice Tommy liking a vast percentage of her photos and posts. ;) She decided to reach out to Tommy and invite him to an event at her church. Afterwards, a group of her friends went biking throughout Stanley Park. Somehow, Carman and Tommy ended up biking together alone, and thoroughly enjoying their conversation with one another.
Lynn and Peter’s wedding day… where do I start? There is so much wonderful stuff to talk about, but let’s start at the very beginning with Lynn getting ready with her bridesmaids and parents at an AirBNB. Lynn and Peter rented out the cutest two-story loft on Seymour Street with floor to ceiling windows, white walls and bright and airy decor. To add to the space even more for their door games and tea ceremony, they decorated with red heart balloons, Chinese words, garlands and more. It was adorable. Lynn’s tea ceremony dress was perfect for her, as well.
Jacky and Anny met while attending the University of British Columbia nearly nine years ago. They grew up in the same city and had a few mutual friends, but their paths had never crossed. One of their mutual friends, Gary, suggested to Jacky that Anny would be a great fit for the Student Club he was the director of at the time. Jacky agreed to interview Anny for the committee, an interview Jacky remembers, wasn’t really much of an interview – as he had already promised Gary to accept Anny. Haha!
