I'm a wedding and portrait photographer living in Vancouver, BC with my husband Randy. I photographed my first wedding when I was only 17 years old - and I've photographed over 200 weddings since! I am an avid bookworm, lover of green tea, pretty nail polish & my Labradoodle Harley. Thanks for visiting!

Our Love Story
I love looking back on our wedding. We planned the day in four months and one week, four quick months, and they were full months! I had my moments of crying and stress but mostly, I loved it. I would do it all over again in four months.
We were dressed and ready, our First Look captured, our portraits finished… the only thing left to do was actually get married. I loved arriving to the following decor at the lodge: simple mason jars with tea lights and two big round white balloons lining the wood steps. As my mom hurried around the house stacking plates and mugs in the dishwasher, wiping down the countertops and grabbing her purse (yes, she really did clean the kitchen before we left for the ceremony) Kristen and I stood in our high heels on the driveway. “I am excited to just get there! I wish our wedding venue was five minutes away and not an hour away! I want it all to start!” We sat in the back seat, my Dad driving and my Mom in the passenger seat beside him. I don’t quite remember what we talked about but I do remember sitting crossed legged, my heels kicked off. I was thrilled with my choice of dress. “I’m sitting cross-legged. What other bride sits cross-legged on the way to her wedding? This is great.”
Hello, everyone! I’m back and ready to continue writing Our Wedding Story. Part One detailed the events leading up to our wedding day: the guests arriving from out of town, the set-up and rehearsal. Now that our wedding has been published on Green Wedding Shoes, I’m free to share even more photos and stories with you all here…
