There’s a particular week in a particular month at a particular park in South Surrey when the wildflowers are in full bloom and it is MAGIC. Originally we had scheduled Jessica and Marc’s family shoot at sunset at Crescent Beach, but when I arrived early and scouted the area, I texted Jessica and said “What about a pivot?! This location is amazing right now!”

I’ve photographed Jessica & Marc many times over the years, and I always love their shoots. I think a huge part of it is Jessica’s background as a photographer and creative director herself—she trusts me to advise on the best time for lighting and location, and knows I’ll create something great with that trust.
