Vancouver Family Photographer

I met Joanne and David three years ago through our church! Turns out, we had attended the same high school just a couple years apart. Joanne and David were friends throughout high school, went to their graduation together and started dating the summer after they graduated school. They have been married for nearly three years now and have a beautiful seven month old baby boy named Jason!

The three of them are–Jason is a valuable, although non-verbally contributing part–in a community group that meets in my home every Wednesday. I have loved getting to know them over the years and the first word that comes to mind when I think of David and Joanne is loyal. If you ever need anything, they are the first to be there.

One little story to prove this fact – a few months ago, David had committed to picking a friend and I up from the Vancouver airport late one evening. When we got in the car, he said, “Would it be okay if I drive to Surrey hopsital and you can take this car back to Langley for the night? Jason is in the hospital.” (What!) His son was in the hospital (of course, stable) and David still wanted to be there for us for the airport pickup. That speaks to both of their amazing friendship and loyalty and I am so thankful.
