I have to say, I’m impressed we pulled off this session in a month’s time! A few weeks ago, Cherril asked me at church what my session availability looked like for June. She wanted to get together her two adult kids, with their spouses and their 6 grandchildren!
We got to work planning – finding 4 available session dates with my calendar, matching them to the tide schedule that worked for the beach (high tide would not do!) and then matching those times to the work/life schedules of six adults. Like I said, impressive. ;) The weather cooperated beautifully and we had an amazing Tuesday night at the beach this week!
Grant and Cherril are my mom’s first cousins, making this clan somewhere a mix in between my third cousins and fourth cousins. (Though I’m not entirely sure how the cousin-naming works. I googled and found this and got even more confused. Add it to the list of things to study more one day!)
