Kristine and Ricky… I loved photographing these two! Over the weekend, I received an email from Kristine sharing a bit of their story. They are originally from Toronto and getting married back home in a month, but wanted engagement photos for a guestbook on their day! One little problem… when they went back home to Toronto to have engagement photos taken, there was a freak snowstorm and the photos had to be cancelled.
Kristine found my work on Instagram and showed Ricky a couple options of her favourite photographers. Ricky said my work stood out to him immediately! Within a couple days of her emailing, Ricky gave me a call, “Any chance you’d be available tomorrow morning around 9:00am?” They definitely take the prize for least amount of time between signing the booking form, paying their session fee + meeting me. Haha! I loved it.
We picked a great location for the morning light in Yaletown and I loved the outfits Kristine and Ricky chose. They were a breeze to get along with, to pose, and we had so much fun laughing & creating beautiful images. Can’t wait to design your guestbook and get it to you ASAP for your June wedding out East!
