Dayna and Cole’s wedding on Saturday at Bridges Restaurant was delightful. I have loved working with this couple and I was thrilled to capture the amazing day Dayna and Cole became husband and wife. Dayna looked stunning in her tailored lace gown paired with Jimmy Choo sparkly gold heels, carrying a neutral bouquet.
The couple shared a First Look on the boardwalk behind the Granville Island Hotel before bride and groom and family portraits. I loved how Cole’s kids, Alex and Garnet, served as Maid of Honour and Best Man to their Dad and Dayna. It was so special to watch this family’s relationship throughout the day! Full of joy. :)
I loved how Bridges Restaurant was transformed by the brilliant Emily of Heartwood Weddings into a dreamy indoor space for Dayna and Cole’s ceremony. Dayna had planned every detail of this perfect day, and her time and careful effort shone everywhere! One of my favourite parts of the day was cocktail hour, where guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers downstairs in the pub. For nearly two hours, Dayna and Cole were able to mingle with their guests and the atmosphere was relaxed and… summery! Perfect.
