Kelly and Marc met for the first time over drinks at Craft in Olympic Village. Marc remembers being drawn to her warm and friendly personality right away. They had great conversations with none of the awkwardness that can often come with online dating! Marc wrote in his questionnaire, “I knew after that first date that Kelly was someone special.”

A couple years into dating, Kelly and Marc were talking about getting married. Kelly mentioned her dream of getting engaged in the mountains–but never dreamed that Marc would pick the Matterhorn in Switzerland. 

On a trip to Europe, they took a train to the Matterhorn and Marc waited for the perfect moment. He found a great spot, set up his phone for what I can assume Kelly thought was a photo (it was a video)–and asked Kelly to be his wife! 

Kelly & Marc are getting married this summer and to pay tribute to Kelly’s love of mountains and snow, we chose Grouse Mountain as the backdrop to their engagement session. It was iinnsssaaaaaanely gorgeous. Enjoy their Grouse Mountain Engagement Photos below:
