Nearly ten years ago, Wesley was hanging out with a group of his coworkers when he asked his friend Tina if she had any single friends. She thought for a second and said, “I know someone that could work perfectly–unless you screw it up.” 

Wes persistently followed up after the hangout to find out who this mystery girl was and how he could meet her! On October 16, 2011 Kathrene and Wes were introduced and started casually hanging out… before they made it official in January.

They’ve been together ever since and are planning a 2020 wedding on their “first meeting anniversary” of October 16. I’m super excited to be Kathrene and Wes’ wedding photographer. We met a few nights ago for their engagement session, and even forest fire smoke and rain (the whole time) couldn’t damper their beautiful smiles. Enjoy their photos!
