Elise and Graham’s ceremony was held at Collingwood Baptist Church in East Vancouver, a place rich in significance for Elise’s family. After a beautiful ceremony with many meaningful moments, Elise and Graham exited to a vintage car and headed off for portraits.

Although the day started under bright sunshine, the forecast was predicting rain  (and a lot of it) later in the day. We were all grateful that the rain held off for portraits in Stanley Park, and that we were blessed with overcast skies—which always make for amazing photos.

I love photographing in Stanley Park, it’s a Vancouver gem for a reason. And because Elise and Graham chose not to have a wedding party, it was easy to skip around to a bunch of different spots in the park and I LOVE what we captured. Fall weddings are definitely some of my favourites.

Just as they finished their portraits, the rain began to fall, creating a cozy atmosphere inside the Stanley Park Teahouse, where Elise and Graham celebrated over dinner with their loved ones. Congratulations Elise and Graham, I wish you all the best in your future together!
