I love when last minute plans come together! Heidi is a family photographer from San Diego, California and her family was visiting Vancouver for a long weekend. Whenever it works out during their travels, Heidi loves to take the opportunity to capture family photos in the city they are visiting. Just a few days before their arrival in Vancouver, Heidi found my family photography work on Google and reached out to ask if I’d have availability on such short notice. Thankfully, I did! 

Being from San Diego, Heidi wanted to feature some of Vancouver’s beautiful green backgrounds: forest, moss, anything green! Although we had a few hiccups—including the near clear-cutting of a significant trail in Stanley Park—we ended up finding a great spot for their family photos with a bit of patience. So glad this shoot worked out! They were a really fun family to work with.
