Dustin emailed me back in the Spring about purchasing a family photo session for his wife as a Mother’s Day gift. I loved the idea! Later that Summer, we settled on a November date for their family session at one of my favourite photo locations: Jericho Beach.

There are so many lovely colours at Jericho, making it a great spot for November (some parks shine in October, some in November!) — and we were given a calm, fairly-warm afternoon for their portraits! (Their toddler even took off her coat 20 minutes into the session, saying “I’m too warm!” so I’d say that’s a good sign for an outdoor family session in November.
