Suly and Daryll were married this past Thursday, June 18, 2015 at my favourite venue in the whole Lower Mainland: Fraser River Lodge. I was honoured when Suly found my work online while searching for venues and upon reading about Fraser River Lodge, chose to have her destination wedding there and hire me to shoot it! Suly, Daryll and their fifty guests came from all over Canada to celebrate in the picturesque mountain-side setting and I couldn’t have been more thrilled to be there.

Suly’s Jimmy Choo heels were gold, glittery and perfect.

My favourite thing about shooting a Fraser River Lodge wedding is the gorgeous mountains we have as a backdrop. For real? I love this view outside of the bride’s getting ready room.

Gray, overcast skies made for perfect portrait weather in the middle of a warm day in June!

Clouds began to roll in and we had a few sprinkles of rain before it held off.

I love all the beautiful corners of the Fraser River Lodge property for wedding photos.

P.S. I genuinely feel so inspired shooting at Fraser River Lodge, I could shoot 10 weddings a year here and still love every bit of it. And the 100km drive. I love it.
