Both Maddy and Ryan are talented photographers – Maddy pursuing wedding/portrait photography work lately, Ryan in the outdoor/landscape/product photography world. They got engaged one day after their four-year-dating anniversary in front of a stunning backdrop at Moraine Lake in Alberta at… oh, five or six o’ clock in the morning. (I think that sets a record… I don’t know any other of my couples who had a sunrise proposal. Haha!)

I’ve loved watching these two from afar grow with one another over the last four years and I know they have put so much hard work and dedication into their relationship thus far. They are going to have a beautiful marriage, I know it. Thrilled to be their wedding photographer this December in Fort Langley – and excited to share their engagement photos from Golden Ears Park in Maple Ridge, a place they love to visit.
