Amanda & Matt got married at Fraser River Lodge this past Saturday and it was sunny, all day, for the first time in weeks! Amanda prepared for the wedding alongside her 2 bridesmaids, as well as her future-sister-in-law and her mom in the bridal suite at the lodge.

Amanda and Matt have two adorable kids, and they were floating in and out of the getting ready space throughout hair and makeup. After Amanda was ready, she was wrangling both kids into their wedding outfits, pinning on a tie and setting a hairband in place. It was cute to see the kids so excited — trying to understand all that was taking place!

During the ceremony, Matt waited at the front for his bride, watching both of their kids coming down the aisle just before Amanda and her dad. The ceremony space at Fraser River Lodge looked amazing – I loved the simple eucalyptus (one of my favourite smells!) with the elegant wood at the lodge. Although the morning temperature was below freezing, the sun kept us ‘almost’ warm as we photographed wedding party and bride and groom portraits! I love how they turned out.
