I was excited to hear from Alex & Josh a few months ago about their October wedding in Vancouver on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend! (Which doesn’t matter to most of the guests who are coming from the States: the perfect choice! A long weekend for the Canadian guests, and just another October weekend for the American guests. Hehe.)

Alex & Josh met online a few years ago and from their first date, it was an instant connection. They are both lawyers in Los Angeles and discovered they worked in the same building… just one floor apart! Their birthdays are the same week, they are both one of three children and their connection was easy from the first conversation. Within two months, Alex was flying up to Vancouver with Josh to meet Josh’s family!

These two are huge sports fans and Alex grew up in a family with seasons tickets to the Dodgers. In January, Josh proposed to Alex on an empty field at Dodgers Stadium on a private tour. It’s a place that means so much to Alex’s family, it was a great choice! I can’t wait to photograph their amazing wedding this October! Enjoy their photos at Lynn Canyon Park!
