I was happy to receive an email earlier this Summer from Allison, inquiring about family photos in Vancouver with her husband Matt’s extended family. Matt and Allison live in Toronto with their two children, but were visiting Vancouver (where the rest of Matt’s family lives) for a week.

I was pleasantly surprised that my busy schedule the last week of August lined up with their family’s availability. The goal of the session was a relaxed time, capturing memories with four generations after months apart. Although it’s always a bit crazy with a large group of people and small children–and “everyone looking” is never guaranteed, I love the photos we captured together!
